How did you end up at WVU?
I’m from Morgantown and the scholarships from the State as well as WVU have paid for my education.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
I lift weights, hang out with friends, and read.
What impresses you most about WVU?
I am impressed by the diversity of the students and the school spirit of the Mountaineers.
What has been your greatest challenge?
My greatest challenge has been balancing my time between school, friends, and family.
What is your favorite class and why?
My favorite class at the moment is Molecular Biology of Cancer taught by Dr. Young. In the course, we study how cancers form and progress as well as what current cancer treatments being studied.
What has been your favorite memory since being here?
Whatever my favorite memory is, I’m sure it will be outdone by graduation this May.
What is your favorite spot on campus or in Morgantown?
My favorite spot in Morgantown is the gym in the Rec Center.
What do you want to do after graduation?
After graduation I plan on taking a gap year then applying to medical school.
