Kyle Shatto brings extensive experience in higher education and fraternity and sorority leadership to his work in Fraternity & Sorority Life. He began his career at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon national headquarters, where he supported chapters nationwide in the areas of development, expansion, retention, and organizational conduct. He later served at Florida Southern College in the Office of Student Conduct and Title IX, managing cases and leading education and prevention programs to support student safety, equity, and well-being.

Prior to arriving at West Virginia, Kyle has served as the Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life at the University of Tampa, where he has led a thriving community through enhanced recruitment, policy updates, and leadership development initiatives. Passionate about the transformative potential of fraternity and sorority life, Kyle is dedicated to building communities that foster belonging, accountability, and values-based leadership.
